Our Story

At Steyn’s Biltong we're passionate about delivering the highest quality South African dried goods to our customers. Our journey began in 2014, when our founder, Billy, saw a need for great quality biltong at affordable prices.

We offer a wide range of wholesale dried goods, including biltong, droëwors and boerewors. All of our products are are made from carefully selected and sourced meats from the best suppliers in the industry. 

From sourcing to delivery, we take pride in our rigorous quality control process. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that all of our products meet our high standards of quality and freshness.

Billy started making biltong in 2016, out of his butcher shop in Aspley.

It did not take long to outgrow our single dryer in the butcher shop and operations were expanded to a dedicated South African retail store in Strathpine QLD.  That store is now Steyns Biltong and Jerky.

Billy’s focus has moved from retail to wholesale. He would love to see Steyn’s Biltong products stocked all over Australia.

We are a family owned and operated, small business. Living in and operating out of the beautiful Moreton Bay area.
